St. Thomas More Society Fort Worth is a 501(c)(3) organization that exists to promote and foster high ethical principals in the legal profession generally and in particular in the community of Catholic lawyers, as exemplified by the life of St. Thomas More. We promote the study of the Natural law and its application to the legal profession and encourage the study of the life and writings of St. Thomas More. We stimulate the practice of Christian precepts in the formulation and administration of the law, encourage interfaith understanding and brotherhood, and provide a source of fellowship for our members and other lawyers in the Catholic Diocese of Fort Worth. We do not lobby for legislation, take public policy positions other than those outlined in our statement of purpose, or sponsor or endorse nominees and candidates for public service. Our goal is to foster debate and discussion of important ideas.
